Designed by the acclaimed Guy Chaddock, this solid wood piece measures seventy-two inches on every side. Now that's a monument! Frankly speaking, I sourced this item in June and held it in my home till October, reluctant to list because pieces like this are hard to come by. It is stunning and perfect for a big family or the one who loves to host. With a square top, no one sits at the head, so twelve guests gather as equals, with space left over for a long centerpiece. The top carries honest wear that can be left as patina or refinished.

How to Style: Seat twelve with mixed chairs on every side, or float it in a big open room as a work table. Keep the center to a runner of greenery and a pair of candlesticks so the black lacquer does the talking.
