This mid-century armchair, by Carl Auböck, crafted in Vienna around 1955, features a sleek and minimalistic design. Constructed from rectangular iron tubing with a black lacquered finish, it balances industrial elements with warmth through the walnut wood armrests. The seat and back are made of woven webbing. This particular design is part of a limited production run, making the set with the ottoman especially unique and collectible. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
