Each vessel is designed in a classical tripod form, featuring a bulbous body supported by three legs emerging from gilt beast masks.

The body is adorned with a dynamic, polychrome enamel scene of a red dragon amidst stylized clouds, set against a light blue ground. The tall, domed lids are shaped as rocky peaks, topped with a sculpted, gilt dragon finial. The pieces are further embellished with elaborate gilt handles and ornate, tiered bases decorated with lotus and scrolling floral motifs. See less
