This striking vintage cloisonne enamel sculpture depicts a horse pulling a cart, a traditional symbol of success, wealth, and prosperity. The piece features a finely crafted horse in a dynamic, prancing pose with its head raised. Its body is richly decorated with intricate wirework separating enamel cells on a turquoise ground, featuring scrolling floral and foliate motifs in shades of red, pink, blue, and white, with gilt mane, tail, harness, and hooves. The horse is connected to an ornate, gilded cart, which holds a large, intricately textured object resembling a treasure sack or boat, adorned with a gilded toad or mythical beast. The cart features two prominent wheels, each centered with a red medallion containing the characters "財" (Wealth) and "運" (Fortune). The underside bears an embossed, square seal mark. This piece is a striking example of traditional cloisonne craftsmanship and makes an auspicious decorative accent for a desk, shelf, or business setting.
