The stone is a "hard material" variety, indicating its exceptional density and quality.

The top of the seal is meticulously carved with a powerful guardian lion (Foo Dog) finial, depicted in a seated, protective pose with intricately detailed facial features and a curled mane. The rectangular base is engraved with traditional Chinese calligraphy, adding historical character to the piece. This substantial seal is a fine example of traditional Chinese seal carving and would make a distinguished addition to any collection of Asian antiques or scholar's objects. See less
