Capture the ultimate mid-century ambiance with this striking, rare pair of 1960s amber "genie bottle" table lamps.
These dramatic statement lamps feature heavy, hand-blown honey-amber crackle glass bodies enveloped in an intricate, sculptural wrought iron Brutalist-style web overlay. The contrast between the vibrant, textured glass and the moody, dark metal detailing creates incredible dimension even when unlit. However, when illuminated, the combination casts a spectacular, warm geometric silhouette across surrounding walls, transforming any space into a cozy retro lounge.
The expansive glass bodies are anchored by classic tiered brass pedestal bases. Completing the ensemble is a monumental, vintage cream accordion pleated lampshade that beautifully balances the bold, sweeping proportions of the bases. Whether styling a living room console, mid-century credenza, or moody bedroom nightstands, this pair offers the perfect blend of Spanish Revival, Hollywood Regency, and Italian Empoli aesthetics.

• Overall Condition: Very Good Vintage Condition. Both lamps are structurally sound, structurally stable, and highly functional. • Glass & Metalwork: The amber crackle glass is in excellent shape, displaying no cracks, chips, or fractures. The hand-wrought metal overlays are firmly intact with gorgeous, age-appropriate vintage patina on the surface. • Hardware & Components: The upper hardware features heavy-duty brass harps and components. The top harp mount features a vintage swivel mechanical fitting stamped with "BERGER SWIVEL PAT. #2270487", confirming authentic mid-century construction and high-quality engineering designed to keep your shades straight. The brass pedestal bases show light, authentic tarnishing and superficial oxidation consistent with age, but no structural pitting. • Base Underneath: The protective bottom of each lamp is covered in its original green protective felt, cleanly safeguarding your furniture from scratches. • Wiring: Tested and working. The cords are original mid-century vinyl-coated wiring in very good, flexible vintage condition without cracks or exposed wires. As with all vintage lighting, buyers may choose to rewire to match modern standards. • Shades: The included cream pleated shades are in remarkable shape given their age, retaining their crisp accordion structure and inner frame rings with only minor signs of handling.
