the trio comprises an ashtray, a cylindrical box (likely for cigarettes), and a vase. All three pieces share the same aesthetic vocabulary: a satin-finished metal structure with clean lines combined with a heavily textured, almost organic exterior, typical of german brutalist design of this period.
