· Subject and Style: Louis XV-inspired, wavy lines with a medallion-shaped backrest and cabriole legs joined by a carved apron with floral motifs; the padded seat cushion is completely removable and conceals a wooden well with its original removable toilet pan with handle.

· Material and Finish: Walnut-stained solid wood frame with a wax-polished finish, upholstery covered in burgundy fabric trimmed with braid, and a white glazed ceramic toilet basin with a branded base.
