The wood's golden brown tone and vibrant grain are highlighted by the rounded surfaces and give the small piece of furniture great character.

The round seat is gently scalloped and ends with a generously rounded edge. The soft profile of the seat harmonizes with the sculptural foot, where the legs gather tightly under the middle and then swing out towards the floor in wide, arched feet.

The transitions between the narrow middle part of the base and the flared feet are particularly beautiful. The flexible lines give the stool an organic, almost plant-like expression - a shape that is equally beautiful to look at from all sides.

Perfect as a seat in the hall when you need to put on your shoes, or as an extra stool in the kitchen and living room. It also works nicely as a small pedestal for a favorite object or as a place to put a book next to the armchair.

Dyrlund was founded in Denmark in 1960 and has a strong foundation in the Danish furniture-making tradition. The company places great emphasis on selected types of wood, skilled craftsmanship and careful finishing by hand. The furniture combines practical function with solid constructions and elaborate details, where the natural beauty of the wood takes its place. In this stool, this is expressed through the bowl-shaped seat, the softly rounded edges and the beautifully shaped foot.

A neat and characterful piece of furniture from Dyrlund that combines practical function with a decorative design.
