Both cabinets … Read more This matching pair of display cabinets comes from Norway and was manufactured by the renowned Norwegian brand Bruksbo. Both cabinets retain their original labels underneath and were most probably designed by Torbjørn Afdal.

They are beautiful examples of Scandinavian mid-20th-century design, crafted from wood and adorned with brass fittings. Their sleek lines and minimalist proportions capture the essence of Scandinavian modern design.

Each cabinet features two glazed doors, offering ample display space while keeping the contents protected. Below, each cabinet is fitted with three drawers lined with green felt. Both cabinets are also equipped with an integrated lighting system, enhancing their appearance particularly in the evening.

The brass fittings provide an elegant contrast to the richly figured wood and add a subtle touch of sophistication to the overall design.

The cabinets have been gently refreshed and remain in very good original condition. Offered as a matching pair, they are a particularly attractive example of Norwegian craftsmanship and 1960s Scandinavian design.
