Elegant and refined Charles X-era shelf cabinet, French-made, crafted from fine walnut.

This piece stands out for its original architectural design and exquisite workmanship.

The sides, as clearly seen in the photographs, feature an elegantly flowing silhouette, characterized by sinuous lines and elaborate lateral supports carved with scrolls.

The structure is punctuated by turned columns with molded elements, which support the various shelves and give the whole a pleasing balance between neoclassical rigor and the decorative taste typical of the Charles X period.

Particularly interesting is the progressive variation in the depth of the shelves: proceeding from the base upwards, the shelves gradually become shallower, creating a refined perspective and visually lightening the structure. The lower shelf, which forms the base of the cabinet, is approximately 50 cm deep, while the upper shelf measures approximately 34 cm.

The richness of the lateral forms, the elegant workmanship of the columns and scrolls, and the warm mahogany hue make this piece a striking piece, particularly suited to both classic and contemporary settings, where it can be enhanced as an eclectic furnishing element.

A piece of particular interest to collectors and enthusiasts of 19th-century French furniture, in which the quality of the workmanship and the refinement of the structure prevail over its simple display function.
