This architecturally clean and visually captivating piano stool in the spirit of Bauhaus functionalism dates from the 1940s in Czechoslovakia. The primary artistic concept of this solitary piece of furniture stems from modernist principles of utility, ergonomics, and the uncompromising integration of industrial materials with traditional craft. The architectural design of the entire piece is built upon a stable, three-legged base made of lacquered steel tubing in an industrial gray shade, which supports a central screw mechanism for smooth height adjustment. The top consists of a round wooden seat made of solid beech with a subtly contoured profile for maximum user comfort, while austere lines and clean industrial design give the stool a timeless dynamic expression.

The item has undergone a complete, highly professional restoration combined with thorough professional cleaning and maintenance of all surfaces. Experienced restorers have thus successfully restored one hundred percent functionality of the screw mechanism and maximum aesthetic appeal while preserving absolute historical authenticity, subtle patina, and the high collector's value of this unique piece of interwar design.

Thanks to its renowned modernist origin, top-tier craftsmanship, and versatile design, this stool serves as a highly stylish yet fully functional element in a modern interior. It stands out perfectly by a piano in a music salon, at a desk in an industrial or minimalist study, or as a breathtaking design solitaire in a space emphasizing top-tier Czechoslovak functionalism.
