the lamp is characterised by its elegant square stepped base and finely worked brass stem, decorated with delicate leaf and floral motifs. A particularly striking central ornament takes the form of a stylised pineapple surrounded by curved foliage, echoed by a second botanical element above. The combination of polished brass, sculptural botanical forms and strong geometric lines gives the lamp a sophisticated and unmistakably french decorative character.

the design is strongly reminiscent of the celebrated botanical lighting created by maison charles during the 1960s and 1970s.
the lamp is completed by a generous square textile shade in a rich burgundy tone with a warm gold-coloured interior, creating a particularly elegant contrast with the brass structure. The shade is attached to the upper stem with a decorative brass finial.
