This elegant piece features a glossy midnight black ceramic ginger jar body beautifully accented with hand-decorated, raised-relief (Moriage style) botanical artwork. The dense floral pattern pops with incredible tactile texture in soft shades of coral pink, sage green, and cream against the deep black ground.

The heavy vessel is mounted on an impressive, thick solid cast brass pedestal base with a tiered profile. The base retains its original structural design, featuring a weighted cast core and its original underside protective cork insulation ring. The neck is capped with a coordinating structural brass collar. The original solid brass socket features the iconic, authentic "PH" embossed thumb-turn switch.
