A sculptural pottery covered jar featuring a rounded body, narrowed neck, domed lid, and defined foot ring. Sweeping chocolate-brown glaze contrasts with speckled cream and flowing blue-gray bands, creating an earthy, expressive composition.
Signed on the underside, with a signature appearing to read “Lloyd”; maker remains unidentified. Its rich glaze and balanced silhouette complement Organic Modern, Mid-Century Modern, and Rustic interiors. A distinctive accent for a console, bookshelf, mantel, or collected tabletop.
