Sculptural vintage Neoclassical table lamp featuring an amphora-inspired ceramic body finished in mottled beige and cream to resemble aged marble.
The classical urn form features ornate brass-tone metalwork, including decorative scroll-form side details, foliate ornament at the neck and base, and a substantial stepped square pedestal. The softly aged brass finish complements the faux-marble ceramic beautifully and gives the piece an elegant Old World presence.
A distinctive decorative lamp suited to Neoclassical, Hollywood Regency, traditional, European-inspired, or Grandmillennial interiors. Its architectural form would work particularly well on a console, substantial side table, entry table, or in a library or bedroom.
The lamp is in good vintage condition with age-appropriate surface wear and patina consistent with its age. It is currently in working condition and retains its original wiring. As with vintage lighting that retains older wiring, we recommend a professional inspection and eventual rewiring before long-term use.
