This striking pair of blue glazed porcelain guardian lions brings a bold, elegant presence to any interior. Each lion is finely modeled in a seated, upright posture upon a cylindrical drum base adorned with raised studs and decorative geometric motifs. The figures feature detailed curly manes, expressive open-mouthed faces, and decorative collars with bells. One lion rests its paw upon a small ball, while the other rests its paw upon a playful cub. The porcelain is finished in a rich, deep blue glaze with a subtle crackle, giving it a distinguished, antique-inspired character. These figures are traditional symbols of protection and prosperity, making them an impressive addition to any collection or interior space.
