Striking 1980s ceramic sculpture depicting a stylized male nude torso, rendered in a soft ivory/blush glaze. The classical anatomical subject is interpreted with a distinctly modern, sculptural sensibility, featuring defined musculature and an intentionally fragmented form without head or arms.
Mounted on an integrated rectangular ceramic plinth, the piece has a strong architectural presence and works beautifully as a decorative accent on a console, pedestal, bookshelf, or coffee table. Signed “Margos” on the underside.
