Standing approximately 4.5 inches tall and weighing nearly 13 ounces, this solid cast iron figure was originally designed either as a freestanding decorative display figure, a promotional paperweight, or a standalone draft/saddle horse for larger Hubley horse-drawn toy wagons and farm sets.

The figure retains its original factory-applied cold paint finish in tan/light brown with off-white stocking accents on the lower legs, detailed black hooves, dark hand-painted eyes, and a painted brown saddle with girth band. The head is detailed with a molded bridle featuring an original braided cord lead rope/rein threaded through the bit opening.
