Three drawers with ring pulls sit under a plain plank top, and turned legs lift the whole piece off the floor. Handcarved in the Nahuala style from reclaimed wood, it gives old timber a second life.

At 48 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 28.5 inches tall, this carved console table suits an entry, a hallway or the wall behind a sofa, where the pale finish brightens the room. The three drawers hold keys, mail and linens, and the top carries a lamp, a plant or books. The knots and marks in the reclaimed wood stay visible, which keeps the carving looking made by hand.
