I love the idea of a student hard at work, through a long night and using the candle adjustment. A few of these barley twist, 3 foot base and adjustable 2 candle holders are on the market in Great Britain. I am thinking Oxford. The opening of the candle holder is smaller by todays standard and measures .75 inches wide.
This item will be mailed separated into 3 pieces. It easily is fitted together by first threading the 2 candle section and then screwing on the top finial.
