We have an absolutely beautiful antique oak, three drawer dresser for sale, featuring beautiful natural wood grain, decorative metal bail pulls, paneled sides, and distinctive geometric detailing. This late Victorian chest of drawers brings together warm aged oak and handsome Eastlake influenced design in a substantial piece of antique bedroom furniture.
Dating to approximately 1880–1900, the dresser has three spacious drawers framed by linear molding, incised decorative accents, architectural corner details, and individual keyholes that add to its period character. The broad top and versatile proportions make it equally useful as a bedroom dresser, entryway chest, linen storage piece, or statement accent chest. Its wonderfully aged finish and visible oak grain give it the warmth and character that make genuine antique furniture so appealing.
Please keep in mind that this is a very old piece. It’s not going to look fresh off the line. That being said, I’d like to point out some imperfections for the purpose of complete transparency. There is scratching throughout. There are imperfections on the top. There are imperfections on the sides and legs. There are imperfections on the body of the piece. The insides of the drawers are not pristine. Detailed photos have been taken for complete transparency.
I do invite you to zoom in on the photos. We do business with integrity but don’t always catch every tiny detail that a potential buyer may find significant. The ideal buyer for this is going to love the style and character of the piece. This could be the ideal addition to your space!
Here are the measurements.
