Colorful Mexican pottery jar with a coordinating lid, decorated with intricate floral and geometric patterns. Rich cobalt blue outlines frame turquoise flowers, leafy green details, warm terracotta tones, and golden yellow accents against a creamy white background.
The rounded shoulders, gently tapered body, and glossy glaze give this piece a lovely decorative presence. The lid repeats the painted design and features a cobalt blue knob. An attractive accent for a kitchen shelf, hutch, bookcase, or collected pottery display.
The underside is hand-marked “Talavera Pue. Mex.,” indicating Puebla, Mexico, and bears an additional painted symbol. The specific maker and production date unknown.
