Striking vintage wood floor lamp with a tall, slender architectural profile and sculptural stepped geometric base.
The lamp features a square wood column rising from a substantial tiered base composed of progressively stepped square forms, giving the piece a strong architectural and modernist presence. A small geometric wood platform beneath the socket echoes the design of the base.
The warm wood finish has been gently cleaned and refreshed, revealing attractive natural grain and tonal variation throughout. Its restrained form and geometric construction make it particularly versatile in Mid-Century Modern, Modernist, Organic Modern and contemporary interiors.
Paired with a simple neutral drum shade that complements the clean lines of the lamp without competing with its sculptural wood base.
