1960s Flavio Poli designed tall, narrow pink Murano glass vase with a teardrop shape made in Italy for Seguso Vetri d’Arte.
The Italian hand-blown glasswork is crafted using the Sommerso technique, which creates multiple layers of color within the glass.
Flavio Poli designed numerous teardrop‑shaped Sommerso vases for Seguso Vetri d’Arte, using layered transparent glass to create floating color effects.
These vases feature a sleek elongated drop shape with a narrow neck and rounded base, typical of Poli’s Mid‑Century Modern aesthetic.
No Markings.
The Vase is in very good vintage condition, minor surface wear to the base.
