This lamp, with its understated charm reminiscent of mid-century German design, has gracefully weathered the decades without losing an ounce of character. Its conical shade, crafted from black lacquered metal with a white interior for soft, directional lighting, evokes the refined interiors of the 1950s and 60s, where design served everyday life with functional elegance. Highly decorative and easy to incorporate, this desk lamp is perfect for adding a touch of mid-century flair to a reading nook, office, or bedside table.
The lamp is vintage, dating from the 1950s or 60s. Its flexible, adjustable chrome-plated steel stem rests on a triangular black metal base: a graphic, almost sculptural form, typical of post-war modernism. The lamp is in good condition; some signs of wear are visible in the photos.
