A charming late 18th century French carved wood footstool with a beautifully shaped frame and cabriole legs. The dark wood frame features a serpentine apron with carved floral and foliate details, giving the small stool an elegant sculptural quality.
The seat has been upholstered in vintage Scalamandré cheetah pattern velvet and finished with antique brass nailheads. The bold animal print creates a wonderful contrast against the richly aged wood, making this a distinctive accent piece for a collected interior.
