The internal raw brass securing rim has two minor historical age-related stress micro-cracks (visible upon close exterior inspection as fine lines, as highlighted by the red arrows in our workshop archive photos). To ensure absolute structural integrity, these areas have been masterfully counter-soldered, reinforced with premium structural alloy, and chemically stabilized from the inner reverse side in our workshop. The entire frame is now completely rigid, 100% stable, and mechanically locked to prevent any expansion.
