Vintage Drexel Heritage tall chest of drawers from the Chippendale collection, crafted in flame mahogany veneer and stamped 1986.
Each of the five dovetailed drawers are faced in richly figured flame mahogany with crossbanded borders and ebonized line inlay. The banded top has canted corners that echo the fluted corner columns. A molded waist and a shaped bracket base complete the case. Pierced brass batwing pulls and a decorative escutcheon add a polished finishing touch.
At 50 inches tall, this chest offers generous storage without overwhelming a room, making it a great fit for a primary or guest bedroom, a walk-in closet, or an entry. It pairs beautifully with Chippendale, traditional, grandmillennial, and curated vintage interiors.
