Lee Industries Ava Left Facing Chaise Sectional in Heavy Duty Washable 100% Linen. There are two pieces to this sectional that are joined by a metal latch and are easily separable for transport. The sofa section measures 79 inches in length and 40 inches deep. The chaise portion measures 40 inches in length and 67 inches deep. The total length measures 119 inches and 38 inches in height. This was a custom order, the purchase price was $15,700. It was used only briefly for staging, during staging a candle slipped off a coffee table and splashed a small amount of wax onto the lower portion of the skirt corner where the sofa meets the chaise. No attempt to clean or remove the wax has been made, instead we have priced it at a steep discount, allowing a buyer to have it cleaned or recovered while still getting a fantastic deal.
Additional, full detailed dimensions are specified in the dimension details section.
