Very rare and unique vintage pull chain table lamp with a metal spoke cage body and a woven shade made of wood veneer strips. This lamp doesn't have a harp because the lampshade has a built-in clip that allows it to attach to the light bulb. The finish on the metal is a dark brown and the base has a subtle hand-hammered texture. This charming lamp is quite stylized with a very slim and elongated look and produces a rather dim and moody glow with most of the light shooting through the top and bottom of the lamp shade. It would best used as a night light or for ambient lighting. I have never come across this design before in my years of collecting. Extremely rare piece!
*Bottom diameter of lampshade is 10".
