Beautiful vintage pair of nightstands by Bernhardt featuring substantial genuine marble tops and an elegant, European-inspired design. The brown marble is richly veined with cream and ivory, creating a striking contrast against the nightstands’ soft, lightly washed wood finish.
At 41 inches wide, the nightstands are large enough to be small chests of drawers. They each offer three spacious drawers each, with dovetail construction and classic antiqued brass-tone hardware. Architectural details include fluted columns, framed drawer fronts, carved scrolling accents, and a molded base.
The combination of the pale wood, natural stone, and refined detailing gives these pieces a versatile look that works beautifully with French-inspired, Neoclassical, traditional, transitional, and collected European interiors.
Great vintage condition with only minor signs of use. Natural variation and character are present throughout the wood and marble. All drawers slide well.
