Antique Potthast Dining Chairs
These pretty antique Potthast dining chairs have a lovely frame. Each chair has a modified shied back design, echoing Hepplewhite Furniture design. Of course, instead of the inlay, the chairs each have a really pretty raised carved design mimicking Belle fleur design.
Additionally, the chairs are built to last, with nice structural supports between the legs.
Of course, there is only one arm chair in the set, but it sits nicely and has comfortable arms.
We refinished these chairs in order to restore the mahogany. Additionally, we reupholstered the seats (using new foam and fabric) in a lovely blue upholstery fabric.
