This elegant 1970s French Louis XVI–style settee combines refined neoclassical detailing with a softly luminous antique-silver frame and delicate baby-blue upholstery. Artisan-crafted in France from solid beechwood, the piece offers an elegant balance of decorative craftsmanship, comfortable seating and compact proportions.
The solid beechwood frame features characteristic Louis XVI elements, including fluted legs, carved rosettes, floral ornamentation and balanced architectural lines. It has been professionally refinished in a soft antique silver-leaf finish, highlighting the carved details while giving the frame a subtle aged sheen.
The settee has been recently professionally reupholstered and re-padded. The backrest is finished in soft baby-blue velvet with classic button tufting, creating texture and comfortable support.
