Crafted from a rich, reddish-brown wood—likely rosewood (Huali)—the lid is beautifully adorned with a central carved amber-toned medallion featuring intricate motifs.

This central piece is surrounded by a symmetrical arrangement of inset gemstones, including deep red and green cabochons, each set within ornate, gold-tone filigree mounts.

The box is secured with a classic metal latch and features a warm, polished finish that highlights the natural wood grain.

This elegant piece is perfect for storing jewelry, seals, or small treasures, and makes a sophisticated addition to any vanity or collection of Asian antiques. See less
