Each 9.75-inch plate features an elegant, hand-colored French Empire / Regency fashion illustration depicting a lady in period attire alongside garden urns and architectural balustrades. Framed by a pale sage green rim, a delicate black laurel leaf border, and fine gilt edge banding, these plates blend French Provincial charm with Neoclassical sophistication. See less
