This substantial 19th century English example wears its history openly—in softened edges, variations in color, old marks, and the wonderful surface character that can only come from generations of everyday use.

The classic two-over-three drawer configuration gives the chest beautifully balanced proportions, with two smaller drawers above three generous full-width drawers.
