Broad and grounded, the piece carries confidence. Its façade is orderly—three paneled doors framed by precise joinery—yet it hints at something more considered beneath the surface. The top is finished in a checkerboard parquetry, a meticulous composition of contrasting woods that shifts subtly with the light, rewarding closer attention.

At first glance, it reads as a classic storage piece. But its design reveals a more layered intention. A concealed bar is integrated within, discreetly tucked away, transforming the sideboard from a static object into something interactive. Along the upper edge, a rail is designed to hold glassware, suggesting moments of gathering and ceremony built into the structure itself.

Every element feels deliberate—fine inlay, balanced lines, and thoughtful additions that speak to a maker invested not just in visuals, but in experience.

This is a piece that does more than store. It invites use, discovery, and a certain rhythm of living—where furniture isn’t just placed in a room, but participates in how the room is inhabited.

Condition: In excellent vintage condition. The piece has undergone an eleven step refinishing process by our skillful team of restorationists. One key is present. See less
