A pair of Italian wall sconces from the 1970s, combining bent bamboo, woven rattan, and warm, saturated color.
Each sconce is anchored by a simple wooden backplate, from which a curved bamboo arm extends—shaped into a loose scroll before dropping into the shade. The shades are woven in an open lattice, wrapping around a red interior diffuser.
When lit, the light comes through softened and uneven, the weave breaking it into a subtle pattern while the red core gives off a low, warm glow.
Condition: In very good vintage condition, with natural variations inherent to the rattan material. These sconces have been professionally rewired by our team of restorationists with new sockets, backplates and hardware. Accepts one E12 candelabra base light bulb each.
Additional Dimensions: Backplate: 1"W x 9"H
