Crafted in solid oak, the pedestal rises from a stepped plinth base into a tall rectangular shaft richly adorned with flowing carved motifs.

The front panel features intricate botanical relief carving of stylized foliage, scrolls, and floral elements. Deeply carved details create a lively play of light and shadow across the warm oak surface, enhancing the wood’s natural grain and patinated tone. At the top, a finely fitted inset marble surface provides a gentle contrast to the carved wood below.

Architectural yet decorative, this pedestal is well suited for presenting sculpture, ceramics, or decorative objects, while also serving as an accent piece in its own right.

Condition: This pedestal is in great antique condition overall. Preserving the original intent of the piece, it has undergone a full refinish, and the marble top has been professionally polished by our team of restorationists. Minor surface marks and light scratches remain, consistent with age and contributing to the character of the piece. See less
