A 20th century French wrought iron table mirror. The central arched plate is framed in blackened iron and flanked by hinged side panels of intricate scrollwork. The pierced metalwork, with its rhythmic curves and artisanal character, contrasts with the simplicity of the reflective glass.
The iron retains a rich, dark patina that enhances its presence, while the triptych form allows for subtle adjustment and dimension. Ideal on a vanity, dressing table, or as a decorative accent.
Condition: In great vintage condition, with a rich patina to the iron. Natural foxing and wear to the edges of the mirror glass, as shown in photos. Hanging hardware present along the reverse.
