Stepped side uprights and chamfered corners give the piece a strong vertical presence while maintaining the restrained geometry associated with French Art Deco design. The warmth and movement of the mahogany grain soften the otherwise architectural silhouette.

The beveled mirror glass catches light subtly at the edges, while areas of foxing across the surface lend the reflection a muted atmosphere characteristic of early twentieth-century glass. Rather than feeling overly polished, the patina gives the piece warmth, depth, and a sense of age.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The mirror presents natural foxing to the mirror plate. See less
