Crafted in cerused oak, the surface reveals the grain rather than concealing it. The limed finish settles into the pores of the wood, drawing out a subtle contrast that shifts with the light. It’s a treatment that softens the material visually, while still allowing the structure to feel grounded and present.

The base carries the detail. Carved panels encircle the pedestal, introducing rhythm and depth—motifs that nod to earlier decorative traditions. The weight is centralized, giving the table a sense of permanence, as though it rises directly from the floor.

Its scale makes it adaptable. As a center table, it anchors a room; in a quieter setting, it becomes a place for conversation, for objects, for pause. The circular form encourages movement around it, rather than defining a single direction.

Condition: In very good vintage condition overall. The oak carries a soft, natural patina with light wear throughout, consistent with age and use. This piece has undergone a partial refinish and touch up by our skillful team of in-house restorationsists. See less
