Striking vintage Hollywood Regency king-size bed with its matching tufted bench, upholstered in rich raspberry-red velvet and framed with elaborate antique-gold rose and floral metalwork.
The dramatic headboard combines deep button tufting with ornate sculptural metal roses and scrolling foliage, creating a romantic, highly decorative statement. The coordinating bench features the same original velvet upholstery and elaborate floral metalwork, making the surviving matched set particularly special.
The original velvet has been intentionally retained and shows age-related wear, including staining, fading and areas of deterioration. It could be professionally cleaned, restored or reupholstered depending upon the buyer’s preference. The decorative framework also shows age-appropriate patina and wear. Please review photographs closely for condition.
