The richly turned spindle base with its distinctive multi-leg configuration speaks to the confident, decorative woodworking tradition of the Victorian era, while the ornate brass claw and ball feet add a bold, sculptural finishing touch that is unmistakably period correct.

The adjustable swivel seat mechanism allows the height to be set to the user's preference, a practical and well-considered original feature that makes this stool as functional today as it was when it was made. The warm mahogany toned wood has developed a beautiful patina over time, giving this piece the kind of rich, aged character that only genuine vintage furniture achieves.

Works beautifully as a piano stool, vanity stool, accent seat, or decorative object in a living room, bedroom, study, or music room. A natural fit for Victorian, traditional, vintage, and eclectic interiors that appreciate genuine period American craftsmanship.
