The wall lamps feature a particularly interesting construction, combining simple geometric arms made of stained wood with milky white opal glass shades. The wooden elements are complemented by distinctive circular openings which, when the lamps are switched on, create an attractive detail while allowing light to shine through to the sides.
The glass shades have a soft, organic shape – wider at the bottom, narrowing towards the top, with a gently flared rim. Their frosted surface beautifully diffuses the light, creating a warm and atmospheric glow.
The combination of simple geometric forms with the softer shape of the glass is a wonderful example of mid-century Danish design. The original Vitrika labels with the number 17531 are preserved on the backs, further confirming their authenticity.
Very good vintage condition, with all original elements preserved and a beautiful natural patina to the wood. The lamps are fully functional. This piece has an attribution mark,
