The vessel features a deep, rounded body supported by three tapered legs, with two upright loop handles rising from the rim. The upper register is cast in low relief with a band of stylized Taotie (beast face) masks and scrolling cloud and thunder (leiwen) patterns. The lower body is divided by vertical ridges and features prominent, raised eye motifs on each lobe. A notable feature is the incised archaic-style inscription on the interior base. The bronze exhibits a heavy, natural patina with a mottled blend of dark brown, deep green, and blue-green verdigris, giving it a strong antique character.
