This elegant and shape-innovative floor lamp in the spirit of Bauhaus functionalism dates from the 1930s in Czechoslovakia and bears the unmistakable signature of prominent manufacturer Robert Slezák. The architectural concept of the entire lighting fixture is built upon a slender, smoothly bent structure made of chromed steel, which rises from a massive circular base made of oak wood. A unique functional and visual element is an integrated side table also made of oak wood, which is cleverly incorporated into the lower loop of the metal frame. The top of the lamp is fitted with a spherical lampshade made of white opal glass, ensuring soft, evenly diffused illumination. This harmonious interplay of warm wood, glossy metal, and clean geometric lines lends the object timeless visual dynamics, elegance, and characteristic avant-garde charm.

The item has undergone a complete, highly professional restoration combined with thorough professional cleaning of all surfaces and a new electrical revision in accordance with valid standards.
