The vases have a deep blue-black high-gloss finish and a sculptural form that reads nearly cylindrical with a gentle swell, giving them a clean, architectural presence rather than an overly rounded or traditional profile. When displayed together, these vases work beautifully in contemporary chinoiserie, Ralph Lauren–inspired interiors, or minimal spaces that benefit from contrast and texture. The panda panels function visually as framed artwork, allowing the pieces to feel graphic and timeless rather than decorative or themed. Condition: Very good vintage condition. Origin: We considered Mainland China the most likely origin, possibly Jingdezhen export production, but because the bottoms were unmarked, we could not document a specific factory or city. So for an eBay listing, I would use “China” rather than claiming Jingdezhen. Minor surface or base wear consistent with age and careful display. Please review all photographs, including close-ups and condition details. Last image shows the vases styled in a contemporary interior for scale and design inspiration. All additional photographs show the actual vases being offered. Note: Variations of lower and interior clay is consistent with this form of item. These vessels were previously displayed in the Denver Ralph Lauren store during the ‘90’s. See less
