A striking vintage Chinese-export cloisonné enamel table lamp, retaining its original “Made in Hong Kong” label. The vase-form body features a turquoise ground richly decorated with birds, blossoms, foliage, geometric borders, and intricate multicolor enamel work outlined in fine metal wire.
The lamp is mounted on a dark wood base with decorative brass-tone fittings and topped with a substantial dual-socket pull-chain assembly. A coordinating cream bell shade with multicolor trim is included.
The lamp has been tested and is working.
The overall construction, Hong Kong export label, cloth-covered cord, dual pull-chain sockets, and decorative style are consistent with mid-20th-century Chinese export lighting, likely circa 1960s–1970s.
This is an eye-catching statement lamp with strong Chinoiserie, Asian, Hollywood Regency, and traditional decorator appeal.
